Antigen Test Distribution to OG Students

The free rapid take home COVID-19 tests provided by the State of California for K–12 public school students will be available for any EUHSD student who would like one on Wednesday, January 12. Orange Glen High will begin distributing beginning at 3:25 p.m. One test kit will be provided to each interested EUHSD student, with a photo ID and signature required. EUHSD students who are unable to pick up a test kit at their school site on Wednesday can pick up a test kit at the District Service Center, 302 N. Midway Drive, beginning Friday, January 14, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We encourage students to use the test kit as necessary to maintain in-person school safety and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Should your student(s) test positive, keep them home from school and contact your doctor and school right away. This flyer from the state explains how to share your students at home COVID-19 test results with the local health department. Follow the COVID-19 Decision Trees for K-12 Schools for complete guidance. Should you have additional questions, contact a member of our COVID-19 Response Team at [email protected], (760) 291-3217, or [email protected], (760) 291-3219. We understand things are ever-changing and we thank you for continuing to join us to maintain a safe school community.
