10/16 - Special Day for OG Schedule

 

Important information for sophomores and juniors:

  • Bring a calculator, if you have one.
  • Be on time (7:45am)
  • Check the posters at the office and 300 building for your room assignment
  • The test is approximately 3 hours long
  • Periods 2, 4 and 6 will meet after lunch
  • People to ask if you have questions about the day: Mr. Reinking, Dr. Lee

 

Freshman will start in the main gym at 7:45am.  9th graders will participate in several activities focused on a variety of topics. 

Important information for Freshman:

  • Report to the Main Gym at 7:45am
  • Periods 2, 4 and 6 will meet after lunch
  • People to ask if you have questions about the day:  Mrs. Adame, Ms. Kramer, Mrs. McClure, Mrs. Branch, Mr. Mosely

 

 

Seniors will start in the Learning Center area at 8:30am.  12th graders will participate in a financial aid (FAFSA/Dream Act) workshop and a variety of interest sessions. 

Important Information for Seniors:

  • Report to the Learning Center at 8:30am.  This means you get to SLEEP IN
  • Periods 2, 4 and 6 will meet after lunch
  • If you do NOT have one or more of the documents listed below, just bring what you have and we will get it done! J
  • What to bring:
    • Your Driver's license, if you have one.
    • Your Social Security card number, if you have one.
    • Parent(s) Social Security card number, if they have one.
    • Your Alien registration number, if you have one.
    • Your 2018 Income Tax Return Packet, if you have one.
    • Parent(s) 2018 Income Tax Return Packet, if they have one.
    • Your 2018 W-2, if you have one.
    • Parent(s) 2018 W-2, if they have one.
    • Your Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), if you have one.
    • Parent(s) Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), if they have one.
    • Your parent(s) most current bank statement(s)
    • Your most current bank statement(s)
    • Any records of untaxed income such as:
      • Welfare benefits
        • Affordable Rental Housing, Food Assistance, Unemployment, etc.
      • Social Security benefits
        • Retirement, Disability, Benefits for spouses or other survivors of a family member who's passed and Social Security Income (SSI).
      • Child support payments
    • List of colleges you are interested in attending (Up to 10 schools).
  • People to ask if you have questions about the day:  Your counselor, Mrs. Booth, Mr. Diaz
