The Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) is a federally sponsored high school program that educates and trains students in leadership, followership, study skills, and physical fitness. This program is spread throughout the United States in hundreds of high schools nationwide. NJROTC programs hugely benefit school and community activities, but most importantly, the cadets themselves.

Becoming a member of NJROTC DOES NOT obligate a cadet to join the military, although there are financial benefits for those that decide to pursue a military career.
