Students taking Naval Science are eligible for participation in the course related co-curricular activities which may include the Drill Teams, Color Guard, Air Rifle or Marksmanship events, Orienteering Teams, Academic or Brain Brawl Teams, and Cyber Patriot activities.

Teams typically practice 1-2 hours after school.  Team events go a long way in building and enhancing both social and leadership skills.  Team participation is a primary factor in cadets earning rank and holding key positions in the unit.
