Hello and welcome to Mr. T's Page. My name is Elvis and I am a lifelong learner that enjoys making learning fun. Currently, I am teaching English 10 and AVID2 and this is my fourth year teaching English and I have a Master of Arts in Education from National University. I received my undergraduate education at CSUSM and majored in Sociology and Criminology & Justice Studies. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family outdoors traveling and hiking or exploring nature. I reside with my partner and two daughters in Southern California. My passion for learning and inspiring young scholars has led me toward a rewarding career in education.

In short, my educational opportunities and experiences have taught me that all students can learn critical communication skills, through real-world active engagement opportunities, that prepare them for real-world problems and challenges. In addition, as an instructor, I believe all stakeholders are responsible to provide our learners with authentic opportunities and resources that meet and exceed the needs of all learners, regardless of challenges.
